The smoke detector has a built-in siren that provides a sufficiently loud alert. It should be possible to integrate with a separate siren through a z-wave controller.
No, unfortunately this model is not HomeKit compatible. As far as we know Fibaro has in plan to launch a Smoke Sensor Apple Homekit compatible.
There’s connectors inside the unit you can connect 12/24 vdc too. Device has battery, but according to manual you can connect the terminal block
